The words have defined Armwood High's football season. They have been the players' mantra, one that has been delivered weekly in rafter-shaking songs, floor-pounding chants and in solemn thanks and prayer.
Ron Ellis draws them in like an evangelist to an outdoor tent. They hang on his message of motivation and inspiration. They listen, they repeat, they believe.
Armwood's players believe his words have lifted them to 10 victories and an appearance in Friday's Class 3A state quarterfinal game at Lake Gibson.
They don't think they can win without it.
